Job Title: Sales Associate Lending Process
Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our Lending team. This role involves
handling customer interac ons over calls explaining loan products collec ng required informa on and
suppor ng customers throughout the loan applica on process.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing high call volumes maintaining accurate records and
ensuring a smooth and mely customer experience. This posi on requires strong communica on skills
convincing ability a en on to detail and the capability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibili es
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to loan products and services.
Clearly explain loan details including eligibility loan amount tenure interest rates and process steps.
Understand customer requirements and effec vely communicate product benefits.
Use strong convincing and nego a on skills to address concerns and encourage applica on comple on.
Collect customer informa on and ensure accurate data entry in the system.
Guide customers on required documenta on and applica on procedures.
Follow up with customers to complete applica ons and resolve pending requirements.
Address customer queries and provide mely updates on applica on status.
Maintain accurate records of calls customer interac ons and sales ac vi es.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applica ons.
Meet assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
Ensure adherence to company policies and process guidelines.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualifica on; gradua on preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling telesales customer service or lending process is preferred.
Strong verbal and wri en communica on skills.
Good convincing and persuasion skills.
Good organiza onal and mul tasking abili es.
Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong a en on to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
