Job Summary

9 BDC14A Summary: As a Full Stack Engineer you will be responsible for developing and engineering the end-to-end features of a system. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that enhance user experience and optimize backend processes. You will leverage your development skills to address complex business challenges utilizing a cloud-first and agile mindset to deliver high-quality services to clients. Engaging with the latest technologies you will contribute to the continuous improvement of the systems and processes ensuring that the solutions provided are both effective and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PHP.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.- Strong understanding of web development frameworks and libraries.- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.- Familiarity with version control systems particularly Git.- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years and maximum 8 years of experience in PHP and Laravel.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
