Principal Program Marketing Manager
About the role:

What you will do:
Develop and execute personalized high-touch strategies to increase customer engagement drive revenue growth build and strengthen executive and stakeholder relationships and facilitate adoption and advocacy of Red Hat technologies
Build a cohesive strategic marketing plan aligned to customer goals Sales account plans and business priorities
Build and expand customer relationships including C-level executives and various buying groups
Develop messaging and content tailored to the customers unique needs challenges and opportunities
Closely monitor key performance metrics and provide stakeholders with regular updates on marketing plans performance and impact
What you will bring:
7 years of marketing experience preferably in the technology sector
3 years of experience building and executing account-based marketing programs
English and French fluency highly desired
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies
Ability to seamlessly support multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functional teams and geographies
Outcome-oriented with the ability to monitor key performance metrics identify trends and derive insights
Excellent writing and verbal presentation skills
Highly professional team player with a positive attitude growth mindset strong problem-solving skills and initiative
Knowledge of open source cloud virtualization and AI technologies beneficial
Knowledge of TOPO ITSMA or SiriusDecisions ABM marketing framework
Ability to manage budgets effectively and execute to plans
Strong project management planning and organizational skills
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related discipline required; Masters degree a plus
Ability to travel up to 20% primarily in North America
Strong communication skills in English as the position will interact with many Red Hat teams located outside of Quebec and Canada.
