Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support procurement optimization for consumable materials used across multiple spa clinics. This role will focus on analyzing procurement processes identifying cost-saving opportunities and negotiating supplier agreements for medical aesthetics consumables. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing negotiation and vendor management experience within the healthcare or medical aesthetics industry.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze current procurement processes and spend data related to consumable materials across multiple spa clinic locations.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities in the sourcing of medical aesthetics consumables.
Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing contract terms and service agreements.
Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure reliable supply competitive pricing and product quality.
Collaborate with clinic operations and finance teams to align procurement strategies with operational and financial objectives.
Track and report on cost reduction initiatives savings achieved and procurement KPIs.
Monitor market trends new products and alternative suppliers to ensure competitive sourcing strategies.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and industry standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
3 years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience preferably within medical aesthetics healthcare or medical devices.
Proven track record of cost reduction and supplier negotiations.
Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills.
Experience managing procurement for consumable products or medical supplies.
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with major medical aesthetics suppliers such as Allergan and Galderma.
Experience working with spa clinics dermatology clinics or aesthetic treatment centers.
Advanced degree in Supply Chain Business Administration or related discipline.
