About the Opportunity
Star Nursing is seeking experienced X-Ray / CT Technologists to join a dynamic imaging team in a scenic Colorado mountain community.
This role is ideal for technologists who are comfortable performing multiple imaging modalities and working in a fast-paced clinical environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical skill attention to safety protocols and the ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
Position Details
Multiple schedule options available:
- 4x10 schedule with rotating call
- Monday Wednesday with alternating weekends
- Friday Monday 4x10 schedule
- Monday Friday evening schedule (5x8)
- 7 on / 7 off overnight Baylor schedule
Schedules may vary depending on department coverage needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic and CT imaging procedures
- Support fluoroscopy and operating room imaging when needed
- Produce high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining safety standards
- Follow radiation safety protocols and patient identification procedures
- Collaborate with physicians radiologists and clinical teams
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
- Ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and utilized
Minimum Qualifications
- ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (CT)
- Minimum 1 year of current radiographic experience (3 years preferred)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association
- Ability to work across multiple imaging modalities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in CT fluoroscopy and operating room imaging
- Ability to work independently in high-volume imaging environments
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
