Job Description: The International Peace and Conflict Resolution (IPCR) Master of Arts Program at Arcadia University invites applications for part-time faculty positions by scholar-practitioners for the following graduate courses for the 2026-2027 academic year:

• IP 501: Introduction to Peace and Conflict Resolution
  
• IP 515: Mediation & Conflict Coaching
  
• IP 533: Conflict Transformation
  
• IP 537: Restorative Justice

Location: Glenside

Responsibilities: Job responsibilities include course planning teaching and grading discipline-specific courses responding to student inquiries in a timely way using Canvas to post lectures and grades and abiding by all relevant university and/or departmental procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in a social science or humanities discipline with areas of specialization in Peace Studies Conflict Resolution or related fields e.g. Political Science Anthropology Geography Sociology History Law or Theology.
• Practitioners holding an M.A. degree with advanced experience in the field may also be considered with proof of teaching experience.
• Official transcripts or diploma due upon hire.
