Job Summary

Job Role: Senior Data Analyst
Location : Alpharetta GA (Locals or nearby only)

Responsibilities:

Work with business stakeholders to understand data requirements
Collaborate with data architects and analysts to develop and maintain data mapping documentation
Conduct data quality assessments and identify inconsistencies
Perform root cause analysis on any data issues
Support data migration and integration projects
Operate in an Agile product development environment manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization translate complex business needs into technical requirements and applying a design thinking approach
Act as a liaison between business and engineering teams to ensure alignment on solution design delivery timelines and business outcomes
Participate in sprint planning backlog refinement and retrospectives contributing to iterative development cycles
Create and maintain detailed documentation including user stories process flows use cases and acceptance criteria to support development and testing
Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps while proactively integrating testing and validation early in the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) track defects and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams

Required Skills:

Proven experience as a Data Mapper or in a related role
Proficiency in SQL Unix CLI Excel
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven success in Agile product delivery stakeholder engagement and product
development using design thinking to create user-centric financial solutions
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
3 years of experience as a business analyst.

Desired Skills:

Experience applying Generative AI to enhance analysis and user experience
Dataiku Tableau Snowflake
Understanding of data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
Knowledge of data integration and migration processes
