About this Position: Job Title: Virtual Meeting Manager Purpose/Scope of work: -
The consultant shall provide comprehensive End User Support Services to client in support of its mission to improve health and achieve health equity through access to quality services a skilled health workforce and innovative programs.

These services ensure that client personnel whether working onsite remotely or in regional locations have reliable secure and efficient access to the information technology resources necessary to perform their duties.

Under the direction of the clients department the consultant shall deliver all operational and technical support required to sustain end user computing environment.

The consultant shall perform frontline (Tier 1 and Tier 2) and engineering level functions necessary to maintain system stability security compliance and user satisfaction.

The consultant shall also collaborate with IT Service Desk which provide shared service Tier 1 support for managed systems (e.g. Microsoft 365 email and network connectivity) and afterhours helpdesk coverage.

The consultant shall ensure a seamless transition and escalation process for all service requests originating from ServiceNow IT Service Center.
Responsibilities: -
Overseas all virtual and hybrid meeting support operations including Teams Zoom for Government and conference-room technology.

Coordinates with the clients to schedule test and execute high-visibility meetings and events.

Responsible for ensuring quality availability and issue resolution for all supported sessions as well as maintaining associated ServiceNow knowledge base articles.
