Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

1. 10 years of experience in Test Automation with at least 3 years in a lead role.

2. Strong hands-on experience with Playwright Java and scripting languages (Python JavaScript preferred).

3. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve automation issues quickly.

4. Ability to drive innovation and experimentation in automation frameworks and AI enhanced test strategies

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Define and implement a test automation strategy aligned with project goals and client expectations

2. Design build and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright Java and other scripting languages.

3. Lead onsite automation activities mentor offshore teams and ensure timely delivery of automation scripts and execution results.

4. Explore and implement Generative AI solutions to enhance automation efficiency (e.g. script generation test data creation defect prediction).

5. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

1. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

2. Excellent communication and collaboration in Agile/Scrum environments.
