We are currently looking for a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to help develop next-generation AI capabilities that improve how complex infrastructure projects are designed managed and maintained.
Description
As a Machine Learning Engineer NLP and amp; Agentic AI you will design and build advanced AI systems that leverage natural language understanding and autonomous reasoning capabilities. Your work will focus on transforming research concepts into scalable production-ready solutions that deliver real-world value for engineering and construction workflows.
Working within the Innovation Team you will collaborate with product managers software engineers and domain experts to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven innovation. A key focus will be developing agentic AI prototypes demonstrating advanced NLP capabilities across enterprise products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy NLP and LLM-based systems for tasks such as information extraction summarization classification and question answering.
- Build agentic AI systems capable of reasoning acting autonomously and integrating with enterprise software platforms.
- Develop and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Translate experimental prototypes into robust production-grade AI solutions.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to identify and deliver innovative AI applications.
- Contribute to the development of a flagship agentic prototype demonstrating advanced NLP capabilities within enterprise products.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning or a related field.
- Strong expertise in NLP and large language models.
- Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks such as PyTorch Hugging Face LangChain and related ML ecosystems.
- Experience with LoRA techniques prompt engineering and transformer-based architectures.
- Solid understanding of embeddings attention mechanisms and safety considerations in generative AI systems.
- Demonstrated ability to bridge research prototypes and production-grade systems.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with a positive solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
