Quality and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Quality & Compliance Specialist to join our team.

Available Opportunities

We currently have one Permanent Full-Time position.

Heres what youll be up to

  • Monitor organisational practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements standards and internal policies.
  • Conduct internal audits risk assessments and compliance reviews.
  • Investigate incidents identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation policies and compliance records.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
  • Support external audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Provide quality training and guidance to staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience in quality assurance compliance or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
  • Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Excellent analytical organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • High Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tertiary qualification in a related field or near completion.
