Quality and Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Quality & Compliance Specialist to join our team.

We currently have one Permanent Full-Time position.

Heres what youll be up to
- Monitor organisational practices to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements standards and internal policies.
- Conduct internal audits risk assessments and compliance reviews.
- Investigate incidents identify root causes and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation policies and compliance records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Provide quality training and guidance to staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience in quality assurance compliance or risk management.
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks and quality standards.
- Experience in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- High Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in a related field or near completion.
