Job Description

As Material Handler at NTS Singapore you are responsible for receiving storing and issuing materials to support uninterrupted production operations. This role ensures accurate inventory control timely material supply to production lines and compliance with safety quality and contamination control requirements.

Furthermore your key responsibilities are:

• Receive verify load unload and transport materials using forklifts (if certified) pallet jacks or other handling equipment

• Manage incoming outgoing and WIP material transactions with accurate system updates and proper labelling

• Stage and deliver materials to production areas in accordance with production schedules

• Ensure materials are protected from contamination damage and mix-ups during storage and transfer

• Segregate and manage Quality On-Hold MRB and Quarantine materials with correct identification and designated locations

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts and stock audits.

• Comply with safety ESD cleanliness and equipment operation guidelines to maintain a safe and organized work environment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma NITEC or equivalent qualification

• 13 years of experience in warehouse manufacturing or semiconductor environment preferred

• Forklift license is an advantage

• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions

• Basic understanding of ESD cleanroom and safety practices

• Able to perform physical tasks and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment (cleanroom exposure may be required)

• Shift work or overtime may be required based on operational needs
