About the role.
folk is growing fast and execution capacity across our three core GTM motions Sales CX and Marketing is the binding constraint. This role exists to remove that constraint.
Youll step into a highly entrepreneurial role at the core of our revenue engine. Youll own the build-and-run layer of our revenue operations end to end identifying opportunities designing and shipping workflows automations and lightweight internal tools that directly impact acquisition conversion and retention.
But this isnt just an internal role. Youll also work hands-on with customers building tailored automations and custom solutions that help them unlock more value from folk. Its a wide-ranging position that blends execution internal systems thinking and client-facing problem-solving.
Conversion: Design and automate lead-to-demo workflows; build tooling that reduces AE admin burden
Retention: Partner with the CX team to build scalable onboarding flows and automation support including working hands-on with customers to help them build and evolve custom apps and workflows on top of Folk
Acquisition: Support growth experiments (micro-influencer programs outbound campaigns); build AI-powered content and SEO tooling; develop lead magnet apps
Own GTM projects end-to-end from identifying opportunities and defining solutions to shipping them independently while proactively surfacing optimization opportunities and new use cases across Sales CX and Marketing as you build business context.
