A well-established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its Uniondale NY office. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial disputes while gaining meaningful litigation experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Attorneys in this practice work closely with experienced litigators and handle a broad range of sophisticated matters.

Responsibilities

Conduct legal research and analysis for commercial litigation matters
Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legal documents
Assist with litigation strategy and case preparation
Participate in court appearances hearings and negotiations
Communicate with clients and manage case progress and deadlines

Qualifications

JD from an accredited law school
Active New York Bar admission
Minimum of 2 years of commercial litigation experience
Strong legal research writing and analytical skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $120000 $155000 (based on experience)
Comprehensive benefits package including medical dental life insurance 401(k) and paid time off
Hybrid schedule (3 days in office 2 remote)
