Job Summary

SCOPE OF WORK

Acts as a team member in the delivery of quality rehabilitation services under the supervision of a therapist. Performs basic skills per department guidelines and communicates observations to members of the health care team. Performs clerical maintenance and cleaning duties related to the operation of the department. Provide support for unit based operations under the direct supervision of the Therapy Manager/Supervisor/Team Lead.

STANDARD QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • 6 months of relevant experience (Preferred)
  • Successful completion of competency based and on the job training orientation program (Required)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association or Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 90 Days (Required)
  • LIC-Drivers License - STATEMI State of Michigan SHCC - NRS - HC - Rehab
