Job Summary
A healthcare organization in Houston TX is looking for a qualified CT Technologist to perform CT imaging procedures that assist physicians in diagnosing medical conditions. The technologist will operate CT scanners and radiographic equipment to capture detailed diagnostic images.
Schedule
- 7 Days On / 7 Days Off
- Includes outpatient and Emergency Department patients
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans following physician orders and imaging protocols.
- Operate CT and X-ray equipment safely and efficiently.
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate diagnostic images.
- Maintain imaging quality and patient safety standards.
- Follow radiation protection and infection prevention policies.
- Work closely with radiologists and healthcare staff.
- Maintain accurate imaging records and patient documentation.
Required Qualifications
- ARRT (CT) Certification
- Texas Medical Board MRT General Certificate
- BLS Certification
- Experience performing CT and X-Ray imaging
