Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedCRM Architectto join our team in ourLisle office. This role will leadSAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud implementationsfor our clients serving as the solution architect across enterprise CRM programs. The ideal candidate will have strong experience designing and implementingenterprise-grade CRM platformssuch asSAP Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar withSAP experience strongly preferred.
This is afull-time opportunityfor a motivated professional who wants to grow into a broaderleadership rolewhile working on high-impact client engagements.
Travel:Occasional travel to client locations based on project needs
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture design and implementation ofenterprise CRM solutionsfor client engagements.
- Serve as theArchitectforSAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloudimplementation projects.
- Work closely with business stakeholders functional teams and technical teams to define CRM strategy and solution design.
- Translate business requirements into scalable secure and efficient CRM architecture.
- Provide guidance on best practices system design integration approach and overall CRM roadmap.
- Support solution planning estimation architecture reviews and implementation governance.
- Collaborate with client teams during workshops design sessions testing and deployment activities.
- Ensure the CRM solution aligns with business goals user needs and enterprise standards.
- Mentor team members and contribute to building internal CRM and SAP cloud capabilities.
- Minimum5 years of experienceimplementingenterprise-grade CRM platformssuch asSAP Salesforce Microsoft Dynamics or similar.
- Proven experience inCRM solution architectureand large-scale implementation delivery.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes especially insalesandservicefunctions.
- Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams in a consulting or implementation environment.
- Ability to lead solution discussions architecture decisions and implementation direction.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience withSAP Sales Cloud and/or SAP Service Cloud.
- Prior experience leadingSAP CRM cloud implementationsas an architect or senior solution lead.
- Experience with system integrations enterprise architecture and CRM transformation initiatives.
- Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles is a plus.
- This role isprimarily based out of our Lisle office.
- Some travel to client locationswill be required depending on project and client needs.
