We are currently looking for a talented energetic and self-motivated Carpenter to join our maintenance team.
As a Carpenter you will perform a variety of residential carpentry and repair work including:
- Finish carpentry
- Framing and structural repairs
- Flooring and subfloor repairs
- Window and door replacement
- Ceramic tile installation
- Light siding and roofing repairs
Qualifications
Were looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in multiple areas of carpentry
- Own their own tools
- Possess reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Can pass a background check and drug screening
