ID Technology has a great opportunity for an Project Manager in Inver Grove Heights MN.
The Project Manager serves as the primary contact for external and internal customers. The Project Manager is responsible for making judgments and discretionary decisions that affect the operations of the organization and effectively communicates those judgments and decisions to the customer. The Project Manager is also responsible for appropriately communicating customer requirements to the manufacturing team in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Receive all questions and concerns from external and internal customers. Provide solutions to related project.
- Create review and edit quotes to ensure accuracy.
- Serve as a back-up to other Project Managers.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork customer proofs records documents etc.
- Direct engineering meetings as required.
- Answer and respond to customers inquiries in a polite professional manner.
- Support sales staff in all areas pertaining to the activities of their accounts. Direct customer contact with questions concerns.
- Make follow up calls to existing customer checking on job satisfaction.
- Track shipping deadlines to insure we are meeting customers needs.
- Other duties as assigned and necessary
Qualifications and Abilities
- At least two years experience in a customer forward role preferred.
- Printing or manufacturing environment preferred.
- Experience in facilitating graphics flows packaging or communications is preferred.
- Experience facilitating customer projects.
- Ability to manage variables and solve practical problems in a variety of situations.
- Create an identity with customers as a trusted expert and resource.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment with shifting priorities.
- Work independently and within/through teams. Effective at troubleshooting and root cause pursuit.
- Execute role with diplomacy sense of urgency and anticipation/understanding of changing priorities.
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Base Salary Range: $22.00/hr- $30.00/hr
