Front Desk Sales & Operations Manager
Location: Prattville and MontgomeryType: Full-Time Rotating Saturdays Small-Team Environment

- Be the first friendly face our patients see.
- Educate patients on the affordability of our plans
- Present & enroll new patients into our membership or package plans.
- Keep the clinic organized check-ins scheduling payments and patient flow.
- Train new hires and work in collaboration with our Marketer on Lead Conversion
- Troubleshoot small stuff (Wi-Fi down printer jam youve got it handled).
- Help with window signage supplies cleanliness and online reputation..
- Assisting with the cleanliness of the clinic and spa like atmosphere for our customers

- Prior experience leading team and skilled at making complex topics simple
- Quick thinker who can troubleshoot or find solutions fast.
