Job Summary
Role Mission
Lead MyTravalys expansion in Bangladesh by building the hotel marketplace growing hotel partnerships and generating traveler bookings.
This role is essentially the CEO of MyTravaly Bangladesh responsible for market growth revenue partnerships and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Expansion
Lead MyTravalys launch and growth across Bangladesh.
Build supply across all divisions and key cities.
2. Revenue & Marketplace Growth
Drive hotel bookings and marketplace transactions.
Develop pricing promotions and inventory strategies.
Build relationships with:
hotel chains
boutique hotels
homestays
travel agents.
3. Strategic Partnerships
Establish partnerships with:
tourism boards
travel agencies
payment providers (bKash Nagad banks)
influencers and travel communities.
4. Team Building
Recruit and lead teams including:
Hotel acquisition team
Hotel success team
Marketing & growth
Customer support
Operations
Build a high-performance startup culture.
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor:
competitor strategies
hotel pricing trends
traveler demand patterns
Provide insights to global leadership.
6. Compliance & Local Operations
Ensure compliance with:
Bangladesh tourism regulations
payment regulations
local taxation.
