Job Summary

Position Summary

The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning funding strategy investment analysis and supporting strategic decision-making. The role focuses on capital structure optimization financial modeling valuation and execution of financing and investment transactions.



Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Develop long-term financial models and business forecasts.
  • Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
  • Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.

2. Investment & Project Evaluation

  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence.
  • Perform valuation analysis (DCF comparable companies precedent transactions).
  • Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and investment opportunities.

3. Funding & Capital Structure

  • Develop and implement funding strategies (debt and equity).
  • Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors.
  • Support negotiations with financial institutions.
  • Monitor compliance with loan covenants.

4. M&A and Corporate Transactions

  • Support mergers acquisitions divestments and restructuring activities.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors.
  • Assist in transaction structuring and execution.

5. Financial Risk Management

  • Assess financial risks (liquidity FX interest rate exposure).
  • Recommend risk mitigation strategies.

6. Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior management and Board.
  • Support investor relations activities where applicable.
  • Liaise with auditors advisors and banks.



Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
  • 58 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking or financial advisory.
  • Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
  • Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring.
  • Professional certification (CFA ACCA CPA) is an advantage.
