Position Summary
The Corporate Finance Manager is responsible for financial planning funding strategy investment analysis and supporting strategic decision-making. The role focuses on capital structure optimization financial modeling valuation and execution of financing and investment transactions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning & Analysis
- Develop long-term financial models and business forecasts.
- Support budgeting and strategic planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.
2. Investment & Project Evaluation
- Conduct feasibility studies and financial due diligence.
- Perform valuation analysis (DCF comparable companies precedent transactions).
- Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects and investment opportunities.
3. Funding & Capital Structure
- Develop and implement funding strategies (debt and equity).
- Prepare financial documentation for banks and investors.
- Support negotiations with financial institutions.
- Monitor compliance with loan covenants.
4. M&A and Corporate Transactions
- Support mergers acquisitions divestments and restructuring activities.
- Coordinate due diligence processes with advisors.
- Assist in transaction structuring and execution.
5. Financial Risk Management
- Assess financial risks (liquidity FX interest rate exposure).
- Recommend risk mitigation strategies.
6. Reporting & Stakeholder Management
- Prepare presentations and financial reports for senior management and Board.
- Support investor relations activities where applicable.
- Liaise with auditors advisors and banks.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or related field.
- 58 years of experience in corporate finance investment banking or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Experience with funding transactions and financial structuring.
- Professional certification (CFA ACCA CPA) is an advantage.
