Entry-Level Production Associate Responsibilities (please note that this is not an exhaustive list and you may be asked to assist in other areas as needed):

• Accurately cutting and assembling hydraulic hoses according to company policies customer specifications and production guidelines
• Completing and submitting inspection paperwork and inventory records
• Using hand tools power tools and mechanical equipment while following safety protocols and wearing personal protective equipment
• Keeping your work area neat and clean
• Following all quality standards and inspections
• Collaborating with team members and following directions from leadership to fulfill customer orders and meet delivery timelines
• Identifying and working through nonconformance of products/standards
• Participating in ongoing training and serving as a positive example for quality safety and compliance practices
• Cross-training in other business areas to support the companys vision mission and values

Entry-Level Production Associate Qualifications:

• 18 years old
• Willingness to learn and follow standard business practices
• High school degree or GED equivalent
• PREFERRED - Industrial manufacturing experience
• PREFERRED - Forklift certification (training is provided)

If youre at least 21 years old hold a valid drivers license and have a clean driving record you could also serve as a backup driver (if youre interested).

Necessary Abilities & Skills

• Ability to use tools and equipment like saws crimpers forklifts etc.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret technical documents and work instructions
• Ability to lift 65 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to read tape measures and digital calipers
• Ability to build rapport and foster trust with teammates
• Basic math skills (adding subtracting multiplying and dividing)
• Basic computer skills with the ability to type 25 wpm
• Multitasking time management and task prioritization skills
• Clear concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
