Scheduled Weekly Hours:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Certified Surgical Tech to join our team!

What you will do:

Work 72 hours bi-weekly primarily day shifts. This position has the flexibility to be 9 or 12-hour shifts however during orientation you will be scheduled for 9-hour shift.
9-hour shift: primarily day shifts (6:15am-3:45pm) with some PM and nights shifts could be up to 6 off shifts within a 6-week scheduling period. Occasional weekend shifts as needed
12-hour shift: primarily day shifts (6:15am-6:45pm) with occasional night or weekend shifts as needed per unit need
Night and Weekend call rotation. Call response time is 60 minutes or less
Holiday Rotation: 1-2 holidays per year
Assists physician as scrub person according to prescribed standards. Assist RN in performing circulating duties as directed
Performs primarily in the scrub role preparing selecting maintaining equipment instruments and supplies.

What you need:

Graduate from an accredited surgical tech program - this is required prior to start date
Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification within 2 years of hire date - This is not required to get started but must have within 2 years of hire date.
Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers (with hands on learning) from one of the following programs; American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
