The focus of the role is on project management and client relations primarily as it relates to the onboarding and ongoing support of institutional investor clients.
The Client Onboarding Specialist will coordinate efforts to onboard corporate client investment portfolios to support the operational and client servicing teams with new client setup and investment implementation activities.
As an onboarding team member you will assist with operational readiness for implementing defined benefit (pension) and defined contribution (401(k)) retirement plans. You will support the process of client contracting through implementing and funding of the clients investment strategy. You will interact with the client client teams operational teams and the clients third parties including custodial banks and investment managers each who also play key roles in the overall project plan that you will maintain.
The individual in this role must be capable of multi-tasking on high profile complex tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment pay keen attention to detail and demonstrate a commitment to accuracy is adaptive to change and be able to successfully manage many competing activities under tight timeframes while producing high quality work.
