Evaluates and coordinates the safety quality and productivity of all people under his responsibility.
Continuously monitor his/her staff and the process to ensure a work meeting the quality requirements based also on critical processes audits results as well as the identification analysis record and disposition of nonconforming material with the support of engineering and group leaders.

For This Role You Will Need:
Education: Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering or Related
English: Desirable advanced (C1) English.
5 Years as Manufacturing Supervisor or relative position
Manager in:
Overseeing coaching training and developing employees
Preferably in a high mix and low volume production system
Production planning and results management
Lean manufacturing
Leading the implementation of product improvements
Statistical Process Control
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Experience working with staff globally
Schedule flexibility and traveling availability (USA- Visa).
