Job Overview:
As a Senior Practice Management Analyst you will be responsible for optimizing the operational aspects of practice management. You will analyze practice performance implement process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also work closely with practice managers to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze claim denials identify trends and coordinate with the billing team to develop action plans to minimize denials and ensure timely resubmission.
- Conduct thorough reviews of AR to identify unpaid claims and take necessary action to ensure timely reimbursement reducing AR days and improving cash flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely posting of payments to patient accounts reconciling discrepancies and ensuring compliance with established policies.
- Supervise and assist in the posting of charges verifying accuracy to ensure revenue integrity and compliance with payer contracts.
- Use data-driven insights to develop strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce administrative burdens. Implement best practices to enhance overall practice performance.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports to track practice efficiency patient satisfaction and other key indicators. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage projects related to practice management enhancements including system upgrades process reengineering and other initiatives aimed at improving practice operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree or Above
- 3 to 5 years of experience in US Medical Billing or Practice Management role.
- Good understanding of full life cycle revenue cycle management.
- Ability to effectively initiate and manage multi-disciplined projects. Up-to-date knowledge of reimbursement regulations and compliance issues of third-party payers (Insurance companies).
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Strong professional demeanor with the inherent quality to rapidly establish credibility and rapport with clinicians managers customers and external groups.
- Ability to identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement along with the skills of planning and implementation of these solutions.
