Rate: Local: $1350/week Travel: $1617.50/week

Hours per Shift: 8
Total Hours: 37.5 per week
Schedule Requirements:
Every other weekend required
Every other holiday required
Mandatory lunch break each shift
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an evening shift assignment at a long-term care facility in Montour Falls New York. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while working closely with the healthcare team. The role requires recent nursing home experience and a willingness to assist with CNA duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to supervising RN or physician
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Assist with CNA duties as needed to support resident care
Follow all facility protocols and infection control procedures
Collaborate effectively with nurses CNAs and other healthcare staff
Required Qualifications
Active LPN license in New York
Minimum 2 years of recent nursing home / long-term care experience
Ability to work evening shifts consistently
Willingness to assist with CNA responsibilities when required
Strong patient care communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and punctual
Required Certifications
BLS (Basic Life Support)
