Job Summary

Empath Health is seeking aSalesforce Operations Specialist. The Salesforce Operations Specialist serves as a key operational and systems support partner for the Enterprise Business Development team. This role is responsible for supporting the effective use accuracy integrity and optimization of Salesforce and related business systems that advance business development performance and enterprise growth.

Primary responsibilities include record creation and maintenance data quality monitoring workflow support end-user training troubleshooting and process improvement. This position also supports standardization adoption and compliance with business development workflows and Sales Force best practices. Working in close partnership with business development analytics operations IT and other internal stakeholders this role helps ensure Sales Force supports strategic goals operational efficiency data-driven decision-making and mission-aligned growth across the organization.

What Youll Do

Salesforce Operations and Data Integrity

  1. Serves as a subject matter resource for Salesforce in support of business development operations and strategic priorities.
  2. Reviews evaluates creates and maintains system records to ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity.
  3. Monitors record quality duplicate prevention and integration connections across related systems.
  4. Supports Salesforce workflows and business processes to promote effective efficient and compliant system utilization.
  5. Troubleshoots user issues and provides timely support to resolve errors clarify processes and reinforce best practices.
  6. Identifies opportunities to improve workflow efficiency standardization adoption and data reliability.
  7. Participates in testing validation and quality assurance activities for system changes enhancements and upgrades.
  8. Helps ensure Salesforce functionality supports business processes reporting needs and organizational objectives.

Reporting Dashboards and Business Support

  1. Develops maintains and refines dashboards reports and business intelligence tools to support visibility accountability and decision-making.
  2. Analyzes data trends to identify opportunities gaps process issues and areas for operational improvement.
  3. Supports business development colleagues with report interpretation data accuracy and process adherence.
  4. Partners with leadership to support standardized reporting and improved visibility across business development initiatives.
  5. Assists in evaluating system utilization and reporting effectiveness to support performance and mission-driven growth.

Training and End-User Support

  1. Serves as an educational resource for new hires and existing team members on Salesforce processes expectations and best practices.
  2. Develops and maintains training materials user guides job aids and support tools related to system functionality and workflows.
  3. Provides ongoing reinforcement and support to strengthen user adoption consistency and confidence in Salesforce usage.
  4. Partners with leadership and internal stakeholders to identify training needs and support continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  1. Collaborates with business development analytics operations IT and other stakeholders to align system functionality with organizational needs.
  2. Supports communication and coordination across departments to strengthen confidence in system processes and data integrity.
  3. Escalates system issues workflow concerns and process risks appropriately to leadership.
  4. Serves as a dependable operational partner in supporting business development initiatives and enterprise priorities.

Leadership and Professional Contribution

  1. Promotes and models the mission vision values and service standards of Empath Health in all interactions and work products.
  2. Supports a culture of precision accountability collaboration and service excellence.
  3. Participates in meetings committees and cross-functional initiatives as appropriate.
  4. Provides back-up support to the Director of Strategic Analytics & Planning as assigned.
  5. Maintains current knowledge of organizational programs services workflows and strategic priorities.
  6. Participates in educational and professional development opportunities to strengthen job-related knowledge and skills.

What Youll Need
  • Bachelors degree in business healthcare administration information systems analytics or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Salesforce CRM support business operations analytics healthcare administration or a related field.
  • Experience in hospice palliative care home health or post-acute healthcare strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms required; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting dashboards reporting and data visibility tools preferred.
  • Strong analytical critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy completeness and consistency while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently manage deadlines and adapt effectively to changing priorities.
  • Ability to understand organizational workflows and translate business needs into practical system support and process improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal written verbal and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA requirements and data confidentiality standards preferred.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement service excellence and supporting organizational goals.
