Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Customer Service Representative for a warehouse located in Acworth!

Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

High school diploma or GED is required.
Prior customer service representative experience is preferred.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Customer Service Representative:

Communicate effectively with customers providing them with information regarding the delivery of their orders.
Alerting customers of any possible issue that may affect delivery.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries questions or complaints.
Process orders in the transportation management system.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
Troubleshoot product/service issues identify solutions and escalate complete issues to supervisor or management.
Build relationships to ensure a positive and professional experience for both parties.
Interact with multiple departments to ensure seamless operation for internal tasks.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
