Job Summary
Monthly Gross Salary Starting from 3800
Were seeking a strategic and hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to design and deliver secure scalable and high-performing solutions across the Salesforce platform. This is a pivotal role within our Global Architecture practice offering the opportunity to shape the firms technology direction and drive meaningful outcomes across Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and beyond.
Youll collaborate with product owners delivery teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into practical future-ready solutions. As a technical leader youll guide teams mentor colleagues and ensure our Salesforce platform continues to evolve as a strategic enabler for the firm.
What Youll Be Doing
Architect and deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business strategy and technology standards.
Own and maintain platform documentation ensuring clarity and accessibility for technical and non-technical audiences.
Provide hands-on expertise in solution design prototyping and configuration.
Lead on integration security and performance assurance across Salesforce and adjacent systems.
Collaborate across teams to define product and technology roadmaps.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
What Were Looking For
Extensive experience designing and delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions including Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and data modelling.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence senior stakeholders.
Proven leadership in strategic Salesforce initiatives and roadmap development.
Expertise in Salesforce security and compliance (SSO/MFA SCIM/JIT profiles permission sets).
Integration and architecture knowledge (APIs middleware Salesforce Connect) within broader enterprise ecosystems.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Application Architect System Architect Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
Experience in regulated or professional services environments is a plus.
Broader ecosystem knowledge such as Field Service Marketing Cloud or AI/analytics integrations is advantageous.
