Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a technically skilled SAP Integration Support Specialist to support all integrations using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and standard MasterData Replication. This role is responsible for understanding integration interfaces business rules and ensuring data integrity between Employee Central (EC) and connected systems. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders clarifying integration logic identifying data issues and supporting the configuration and troubleshooting of employee data replication.
Goals and deliverables
Key Responsibilities:

. Analyze and understand integration interfaces and business rules behind SAP CPI integrations (not development-focused)
. Serve as point of contact to clarify integration logic for technical teams
. Review Employee Central (EC) employee profiles to identify and resolve data errors impacting integrations
. Communicate with application owners to discuss data received via API CSV SFTP or IDOC and relate it to EC data as well as CPI technical developers.
. Oversee the configuration monitoring and troubleshooting of Employee and Organizational data replication from Employee Central (EC) to SAP ERP systems
. Debug SAP ABAP programs and use relevant SAP transactions to investigate issues (e.g. IDOC replication infotype management user lifecycle)
. Analyze and resolve replication errors including those related to infotype mapping data validation and transformation logic. Proactively identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
. Maintain and update mapping tables and transformation logic to ensure accurate data transfer between EC and SAP adapting to changes in business requirements or system upgrades.
. Maintain strong knowledge of the SAP HR module including infotypes data structures and integration points
. Collaborate with HR IT and external partners to ensure smooth and compliant data flows
. Document integration logic troubleshooting steps replication processes data flows error handling procedures and escalation paths.

Skills and behavioral competencies:

. SAP Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP HR modules Employee Central and integration technologies.
. ABAP Debugging: Proficient in SAP ABAP debugging and use of relevant transactions for troubleshooting data and integration issues.
. Data Analysis & Quality Assurance: Strong ability to analyze validate and ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR and organizational data.
. Integration Mapping & Configuration: Experience with mapping transformation logic and configuration of data replication processes.
. Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying root causes of integration errors and implementing effective solutions.
. Documentation: Ability to clearly document technical processes configuration steps and troubleshooting guides.
. Testing & Validation: Experience in planning and executing integration testing including error handling and data reconciliation.
. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with technical teams business stakeholders and application owners.
. Project Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and supporting project-based initiatives.
. Analytical Thinking: Approaches complex problems methodically and uses data-driven insights to make decisions.
. Attention to Detail: Maintains high standards for data accuracy and process integrity even when managing multiple tasks.
