Develop and execute trading strategies in European forward gas markets
Monitor market trends regulatory developments and price drivers to identify trading opportunities
Optimize forward gas portfolios in coordination with power trading and cross-commodity opportunities
Manage hedging activities and structured products linked to gas and LNG market dynamics
Leverage advanced analytics models and data tools to support trading decisions and forecast market movements
Collaborate with origination risk management and analytics teams to align trading strategies with company objectives
Maintain and build relationships with market participants including exchanges brokers and clients
Stay updated on regulatory and policy changes impacting gas markets
Qualifications :
Degree in a quantitative discipline
Proven experience in forward gas trading with a strong understanding of European gas markets and their interconnection with power markets
Proficiency in analysing gas market fundamentals supply-demand dynamics and geopolitical influences
Advanced quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Python R or other relevant programming languages is a plus
Familiarity with trading platforms and exchanges such as ICE PEGAS or similar
Strong risk management skills and the ability to operate within defined risk limits
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
