Job Summary:
Perform a variety of technical supply management work in a number of specialized areas of expertise to include inventory management causative research material expediting material coordination for special programs and material validation/inventory.
Essential Functions:
- Receive inspect and store supplies/equipment verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders and requisitions.
- Issue and distribute materials to internal customers ensuring timely fulfillment of requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) including cycle counts and periodic physical inventories.
- Document all supply transactions including receipts issues adjustments and shipment details.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies and coordinate resolution with vendors or procurement.
- Prepare reports on stock levels usage rates shortages and expenditures.
- Maintain warehouse/stockroom organization ensuring compliance with safety storage and regulatory requirements.
- Operate barcode/RFID scanning equipment to track materials and maintain realtime accuracy.
- Support shipping and receiving operations including documentation of outbound shipments.
