Job Summary

Start and end dates are flexible. Interns must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) in person at the designated office location.

These paid seasonal assignments deliver meaningful high-impact work designed to accelerate your on real responsibilities build practical skills and gain exposure to the business through structured learning executive engagement and networking opportunities.
Our internshipprogram is designed for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university as well as individualsseekingto deepen their education through immersive professional experiencein the entertainment industry.
The FWS Workplace Experience Team is responsible for managing daily operations office services and engagement programs for the Sony employees working at The Shire.
Responsibilities:
- Design and Assemble a Workplace Experience Operations Procedure Book that outlines how we handle a variety of service requests and manage events and activities at the Shire
- Identify and codify systems to help us improve the way we service our internal customer base.
- Assist with labelling and inventory of office equipment and supplies so that we can better identify which items need to be addressed and better manage restocking.
- Support events and activities to gain a better understanding of how a modern 2026 high-touch customer focused office functions.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and Gsuite programs
- Availability to work onsite
- A can-do attitude and a self-starter.
- Good writing skills
- Positive energy and comfort providing services and support to a wide range of people
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ChatGPT a plus
- Some graphic design experience a plus
