Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Case Management & Participant Services

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker participants.
  • Conduct eligibility determinations certifications and enrollments into WIOA programs.
  • Complete assessments Individual Employment Plans (IEPs) and career planning with participants.
  • Provide career counseling employment guidance and referrals to training and supportive services.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with participants to support progress toward employment and training goals.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Enter accurate case notes and documentation in the case management system the same day services are provided.
  • Maintain participant files in accordance with WIOA policies monitoring standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ensure documentation clearly supports eligibility services provided and program outcomes.
  • Prepare files and documentation for internal reviews monitoring and audits.

Performance & Enrollment Goals

  • Meet weekly and monthly enrollment and service targets.
  • Contribute to program performance outcomes including:
    • Training enrollments
    • Employment placements
    • Credential attainment
    • Measurable Skills Gains
  • Maintain strong pipeline management to ensure continuous participant engagement and movement through services.

Employer & Training Coordination

  • Coordinate with Business Services staff and training providers to support participant employment and training opportunities.
  • Assist participants in identifying training programs aligned with in-demand occupations.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in team meetings performance reviews and program planning discussions.
  • Collaborate with partners including community organizations adult education providers and other workforce system partners.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in social work human services workforce development or related field preferred (relevant experience may substitute).
  • Experience in case management workforce development employment services or social services.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong documentation and data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to meet performance expectations and program deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with WIOA programs or other workforce development initiatives.
  • Familiarity with workforce case management systems and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with individuals experiencing employment barriers.

Additional Information :

Hourly $21.23- 37.5 hour work week (75 hours per pay period)
