Job Summary

CVOR Surgical Technologist (CST) Surgical Services
Location: Greenville SC
Duration: 13 Weeks Contract
Schedule:

Day Shift: 4 10-hour shifts (06:00 AM 04:30 PM)
42 hours per week
On-call required: Minimum 2 call days per week and 12 weekends every 6 weeks

Pay Rate:

Local: $2360 per week
Travel: $2646 per week

Job Summary:
Navitas Healthcare LLC isSeeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to provide first scrub support for cardiovascular surgical procedures. The role involves assisting surgeons maintaining sterile techniques preparing surgical instruments and collaborating with the perioperative team to ensure safe and efficient surgical operations. Candidates may be required to float to other qualified units based on staffing needs.

Responsibilities:

Perform first scrub duties during surgical procedures
Maintain sterile field and follow infection control protocols
Prepare surgical instruments supplies and equipment
Assist surgeons and the surgical team during procedures
Document surgical counts and procedure details
Float to other units if required
Participate in scheduled call shifts

Required Qualifications:

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
NBSTSA Certification
AHA BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of first scrub surgical experience
Ability to work scheduled shifts and take call

Preferred Qualifications:

CVOR experience
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to float between units
