Job Summary
At Guzman y Gomez we dont just make food we grow leaders.
Were opening a brand-new GYG restaurant in Cronulla and were looking for a Head Cook who wants to be part of something from day one.
This is a rare opportunity to help set the standard build the culture and shape the kitchen in a brand-new restaurant.
As a Head Cook at our new Cronulla restaurant youll be trusted to:
- Lead and develop a high-performing kitchen team from opening day setting the benchmark for quality speed and consistency.
- Own food execution in a high-volume environment ensuring every dish reflects GYGs commitment to fresh ingredients and bold flavours.
- Play a key role in the restaurant opening journey supporting recruitment training and readiness alongside the Restaurant Manager and leadership team.
- Help establish strong routines systems and standards that set the restaurant up for long-term success.
- Be part of a fast-growing global brand thats redefining fast food with real ingredients authentic flavours and a bold vision.
