Job Summary
Summary:
As a student worker for Admission Communications you will support communication efforts and assist with daily operations in the Enrollment Center.Job Description:
Essential duties and responsibilities
Create and send out mailings to prospective students schools and influencers.
Help with the day-to-day tasks of the Enrollment Center.
Collaborate with the Admission department to meet deadlines for deliveries.
Assist with event prep for both in-person and virtual university events.
Help with campus events by ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Work with maintenance to keep the Enrollment Center stocked and operational.
Collaborate with student ambassadors to engage admitted students.
Assist with inventory management.
Help write mass texts emails and social media posts keeping up with the latest trends to make sure our communication stays relevant.
Required knowledge skills and abilities
Strong interest in communications media strategy or brand management.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Reliable proactive and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable punctual and able to meet deadlines.
Minimum qualifications
Must be a Lynn University student.
Must be Federal Work Study eligible.
Must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and be in good academic standing.
Must be willing to be subject to a disciplinary check with the Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards both before and during employment.
