Are you intrigued about this work
- quarterly annually); deliver clear variance analysis and executive-ready insights on drivers trends and actions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead annual budget rolling forecast and long-range planning for international operations; improve forecast accuracy through strong modeling and disciplined review.
- Business Partnering: Advise leaders on pricing cost profitability and investment decisions; evaluate opportunities and support business cases to enable international growth.
- Performance & Risk Management: Monitor key metrics working capital and cash performance; identify risks/opportunities and drive corrective action plans in partnership with international leaders.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Leverage ERP/financial tools and data visualization to improve dashboards reporting cadence and decision support for international entities.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate closely with the International Accounting Controller to align actuals forecasts controls and audit readiness; ensure consistent performance narratives and data integrity.

- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS/International Accounting Standards.
- Experience with financial software ERP systems and data visualization.
- Excellent analytical communication and leadership skills.
- A bachelors degree in accounting/finance required and a CPA a plus
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Ability to travel as needed (15%)
