Job Summary
Shaken stirred or with a salted rim- you know how to fill a glass. But its not just the drink; its the conversation that keeps patrons coming back. Friendly fun and perfectly paced you juggle spirits both liquid and lively while creating a welcoming bar experience. Our bartenders are truly top shelf.
As a Bartender you will:
- Deliver friendly attentive service to ensure a great guest experience.
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Accurately process guest orders and handle cash and credit transactions.
- Maintain bar stock levels and assist with inventory and restocking.
- Keep the bar area organized stocked and ready for service at all times.
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to support smooth service.
- Set up and break down the bar for opening and closing shifts.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Follow all company policies safety procedures and local alcohol regulations.

Qualifications :
- ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire must be maintained on a current/valid status.
- Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol.
- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen drug test and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
