The roles primary impact extends beyond traditional program management serving as the driving force behind establishing best-in-class manufacturing facilities that balance quality efficiency and scalability. The OPM team serves as a central pillar of LPS alongside Value Stream Leaders (VSL) and Production Managers driving standardization and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This position uniquely combines strategic leadership with hands-on manufacturing expertise and problem solving requiring the ability to identify and implement scalable solutions while maintaining production quality and efficiency.

Core ownership spans three critical dimensions of LEOs manufacturing operations. First the role owns the design and implementation of LPS a comprehensive operating model which establishes the fundamental building blocks of satellite manufacturing excellence for LEO.
