Job Summary
AV Supervisor to oversee audiovisual operations and ensure flawless event execution. Qualifications :
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in operating and troubleshooting a wide range of AV equipment including sound systems projectors video conferencing and lighting.
- Event Management: Proven ability to coordinate and execute complex audiovisual setups for diverse events ensuring seamless operation.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and motivate a team of AV technicians.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to address technical issues efficiently.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication skills to interact with clients team members and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage equipment schedules and event logistics.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing event requirements.
