We are seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives within our Diagnostics & Clinical segment. This earlycareer role is ideal for graduates who want to build experience in marketing within a scientific and regulated environment. You will work closely with a Senior Marketing Program Manager supporting marketing execution regulatory workflows and crossfunctional coordination including the preparation and approval of compliant marketing assets across the region.
Key Responsibilities
You will support:
Prospecting & Engagement: Supporting senior marketing program manager on prospecting and engagement of pathologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for marketing and educational initiatives.
Regulatory Approval Processes: Managing and supporting regulatory approval processes in Agilent platforms. Preparing documentation submitting materials for review coordinating comment resolution and tracking approval status.
Promotional Material Support: Assisting with the preparation coordination and follow-up of promotional materials.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinating with internal stakeholders - including Marketing Regulatory Medical Legal Sales and Technical Support - to ensure timely and compliant approval of marketing assets.
Education
Bachelors degree in healthcare biochemistry life sciences or related fields.
A masters degree in marketing or business with a focus on clinical markets is a plus.
Experience & Knowledge (Preferred)
Experience or knowledge related to clinical diagnostics and regulated environments.
Experience in marketing project management or prospecting.
Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional organization is valued.
