Position Summary

The organization is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to join its expanding clinical team in Houston TX.

This full-time role offers a well-balanced schedule state-of-the-art facilities and a collaborative clinical environment focused on achieving excellent patient outcomes while supporting physician satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience performing interventional pain procedures and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess diagnose and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions.

  • Perform interventional pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections facet joint blocks nerve blocks radiofrequency ablations and spinal cord stimulator trials (as credentialed).

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate interventional procedures medication management and rehabilitative therapies.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include physical therapists behavioral health specialists and primary care physicians.

  • Ensure thorough and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.

  • Contribute to quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with established clinical standards and best practices.

Qualifications

Education:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.

Licensure & Certification:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Neurology.

  • Completion of or current enrollment in an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.

  • Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in outpatient or interventional pain management is preferred though new fellowship graduates are welcome to apply.
