Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Assess diagnose and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions.
Perform interventional pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections facet joint blocks nerve blocks radiofrequency ablations and spinal cord stimulator trials (as credentialed).
Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate interventional procedures medication management and rehabilitative therapies.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include physical therapists behavioral health specialists and primary care physicians.
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with established clinical standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
Licensure & Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Neurology.
Completion of or current enrollment in an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship.
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
