Hey! Were Filip Bricklayer a close-knit family-like crew thats been building and pouring concrete structures for years in new builds renovations and civil projects. Were growing and looking for a solid concrete formworker to join the team.
What youll be doing:
- Building and installing formwork (timber metal or system shutters) for concrete pours
- Setting out and assembling forms according to technical drawings levels and measurements
- Placing and positioning reinforcement (rebar cages mesh bars anchors)
- Assisting with concrete pouring vibrating and stripping forms after curing
- Working on foundations slabs walls columns beams stairs and various concrete elements
- Making small adjustments and repairs to formwork on site
- Ensuring everything is level plumb and secure before pours
- Keeping the work area safe clean and organised
- Teaming up with groundworkers steel fixers carpenters and the rest of the crew
What we offer (straight up and fair):
- Competitive hourly rate based on your experience and how accurately/fast you work
- 30 vacation days extra time off

What were looking for:
- At least 12 years as a concrete formworker or carpenter with formwork experience
- Good knowledge of traditional and system formwork plus rebar placement
- You have (or are willing to get) VCA certification
- Driving licence B
- Flexible with working at different sites around the country
- Decent English (Dutch is a big advantage but not required)
- You take pride in precise strong formwork and handle responsibility well but you also appreciate having some freedom to organise your day
