Job Summary

Hey there! Were Filip Bricklayer a small family-oriented crew doing serious groundwork construction and renovation jobs. Were growing and looking for a skilled excavator operator to come on board.

What youll be handling:

Operating excavators (from mini to 30-ton track machines) for digging trenching levelling and foundation work
Precision digging: trenches profiles backfilling and grading to exact levels
Loading/unloading materials like soil sand gravel
Assisting with pipe cable and drainage installation
Working from levels drawings and pegs with great accuracy
Daily machine checks basic maintenance and keeping equipment clean
Making sure the site stays safe and organised
Collaborating closely with groundworkers and the rest of the team

What were looking for:

At least 12 years operating excavators (mini midi or larger tracks preferred)
Experience with different machine sizes and precision work
You have (or are willing to get) VCA and machine operator certification
Driving licence B (C or CE is a plus)
Flexible to work at various sites nationwide
Decent English (Dutch advantage but not essential)
Safety-first mindset attention to detail and you take ownership while enjoying some flexibility in planning your day
