Job Summary

What youll be doing day-to-day:

Carrying out excavation levelling backfilling and preparing ground layers
Digging trenches and foundations by hand or with small machines
Loading/unloading soil sand gravel and building materials
Assisting with laying pipes cables drainage and utilities
Prepping sites for paving foundations or landscaping
Helping keep the site safe tidy and organised
Working alongside machine operators bricklayers and the rest of the crew

What were looking for:

At least 12 years as a groundworker or similar hands-on site work
Experience with hand tools and small equipment (vibrating plate mini-digger is a plus)
You have (or are willing to get) VCA certification
Driving licence B (BE or C is a bonus)
Flexible with different locations around the country
Decent English (Dutch is helpful but not required)
Youre physically fit safety-conscious and take responsibility seriously but you also appreciate some freedom to manage your workday
