HR & Administration Support
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview arrangements.
- Support onboarding and employee documentation.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documentation and employee records.
- Maintain and update HR databases and employee information.
- Support payroll data compilation and verification.
BPO / Client Support
- Assist the team in handling outsourced HR or payroll processes for clients.
- Help prepare reports documentation and operational records.
- Support day-to-day client service administration.
General Duties
- Provide administrative support to the HR & operations team.
- Assist with HR projects research and ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Business Administration Management or related field.
- Internship period: 3 6 months
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
