Dutch Speakers in Berlin: Lead the Digital Ad Market
If you have a background in sales and want to move into the Digital Advertising space this is for you. We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Sales & Marketing Consultant to join a high-performing international team in Berlin.
This isnt about solving problems or handling tickets. Its about revenue growth. You will be working directly with Dutch agencies and advertisers to help them scale their digital presence through strategic ad solutions.
The Role (Pure Growth & Strategy):
- Drive Sales: Actively consult with existing clients (agencies/advertisers) to identify new sales opportunities and upsell digital advertising solutions.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze marketing data and provide aggressive performance recommendations to ensure your clients see the ROI they expect.
- Market Expertise: Stay ahead of digital trends and proactively react to market shifts to keep your portfolio profitable.
- Consultative Approach: Use your persuasion skills to improve product usage and overall customer experience through a sales-driven mindset.
The Package:
- Fixed Salary: 2750 gross base per month.
- Language Premium: Guaranteed 300/month just for your Dutch skills.
- Sales Bonus: Up to 687/month based on your performance and targets.
- Hours: Monday Friday 08:45 17:15 (No shifts no weekends).
What Were Looking For:
- C1 Dutch & B2 English: You need to be able to negotiate and consult effectively in both languages.
- The Hunter Mindset: At least 1 year of experience in Sales. You know how to close a deal and handle objections.
- Analytical Edge: You understand that good sales are backed by data. An interest in digital marketing is a huge plus.
- Berlin Based: You must already live in Berlin with a valid work permit.
